Pretty good movie...not as good as the first...but way better than the second.

Hi guys...
Today I took my car to Preston Hood Chevrolet in FWB (think I have a short in my horn) to see the service department. I have to say they were about the rudest people I have ever dealt with in a "customer service" relationship. There was ABSOLUTELY noone there, and no cars in the service bay, and they told me I needed to "Make an appointment to get my fuse replaced".

Recently I took my Nissan Titan to the Nissan dealership right next door, and they tore my truck apart and fixed a problem on the spot...in spite of being busy already!

Service after the sale is important to me...and Chevy failed today.

Jealous people really piss me off..

Last night (well, early this morning) i was at a 24-hour restaurant with a couple friends just hanging out and whatnot. Well, we finish up eating and i come outside and get in the car. As i crank the car, i notice a lid and straw on my windshield, so i get out and take it off and dont think anything else about it.

As the night went on i noticed that it was really hard to see out of my windshield, but it was only on the drivers side. So, i go back to my buddies house and park. As i get out, the street light hit at the right angle and i notice a big spot of something on my hood. I ran my finger through it and it was extremely sticky... COKE!! Then i checked the rest of the car out... It was all over my hood, windshield, both side mirrors, MY TAN CONVERTIBLE TOP, and my rear windshield and trunk lid..

I havent been this mad in a LOOOONG time. I just dont understand what could influence someone to do something like this.

Hey Patric, I bought my Camaro from this dealership and I'm sorry you had a bad experience but to let you know they've had a shake up in the service department and when I got my oil changed I had to make an appointment for that also.

They really had a good thing until this shake up. My service rep that I had left.
