I haven't seen a Mustang V6 interior, but a friend of mine picked up his 5.0 the other day and I must say, the interior was quite nice. The dash and doors were a padded vinyl (not hard plastic), he has 5 choices (I think) of ambient colors and the leather seats were softer than ours. Also, the stereo sounded better (shaker 500 or something) and the display was twice the size. One thing I didn't like, was the 2 antenanas - one for the radio and one for the sync. Still wouldn't want one though.

The v6 mustang is turbocharged or "ecoboosted", the v8 mustangs are not. so really the mustang engine is only pushing 250hp tops naturally aspirated.

CONGRATULATIONS on your new Camaro purchase! I know for a fact that there is a young high school graduate in Murfreesboro, Arkansas who now wishes his Daddy bought him a Camaro instead of the Mustang for his graduation present. This young man made the grave mistake of challenging my 2011 2LT/RS twice just the other day - the poor kid didn't have a chance! Have you seen the foam rubber mattress commercial on TV where the lady in Cloud, Minnesota waves "bye-bye" to her old mattress? Well, as I was passing the Mustang (twice), I gave the kid a good 'ole "bye-bye" wave. I think it really pissed him off, as he wouldn't race no more! Good luck with your Camaro & DRIVE SAFELY!

Go Chevy. My wife just got a 2012 Mustang base model w/auto and I got an 11 Camaro LS w/auto and two options (bluetooth/rally yellow paint). I have driven both back to back. Chevy seem more solid in its feel and ride. Standard radio is better. I would say the interior materials are about the same quality. Camaro handles better. Havent tried to spin the tire on the chevy yet....but, the stang will do it...just hit the gas from a stop. Traction control on (remember its an auto) and it still will brake loose the tire (not a posi rear end). We shall see which get better mileage and which holds up better over time. I love the design of both...very sharp and sporty. Camaro was cheaper in price by about $1K-1.5K.
