Smile Pricing on painted brembo caliper covers

Hey guys, i'm new to the forum and i'm looking to get my new 2011 2SS/RS brembo caliper covers painted inferno orange to match my interior.

I live out in ny on long island, and i noticed there is a forum sponsor here... 3Js Auto & Customs- anyone dealt with him before ? Recommendations?

Any estimates on cost would be great..

PICS Below!

showstopper painted my calipers. He does beautiful work and will do a core exchange so you won't lose the use of your car while he paints them.

Damn those rims are nice (though the stories I've heard are not)!

To be honest, I don't remember exactly. Showstopper is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. He has done a lot of work for me and I have never been disappointed with the quality. Send him a pm (he is a vendor here).

Thanks! Actually, now that they have been refinished in powdercoat instead of paint, they are far less problematic. The manufacturer refinished them under warranty and did all the black in powdercoat this time. Much better!

If you don't want to powder coat you can paint yourself. I used G2 caliper paint kit. $50 for basic colors - red, black, white, & yellow. Or for $98 you can get paint matched to body color. Did mine in ABM and found Brembo stickers in silver to match my rally stripes. Pretty easy mod to do in a days work. Need to let paint cure over night.

Get them powdercoated by Mike. You won't be disappointed. You'll spend about $330 to have them done.

Yup. A lot more durable than paint, too.
