I got off the phone with USAA a few minutes ago. The 2010 Camaro's still not in their system, but going off my description of a fully-loaded 2LT, my premium would go up by $213 per 6 months by adding it on top of my Grand Am. I'm 27, no accidents, also getting my renter's insurance through them.

They're also offering 5.99% APR financing.

2LT/RS IBM/gray #21,895 ordered April 21st, delivered July 3rd

I agree with everyone here... USAA rocks. I will never leave them... ever. I get excited when I have to call them. Their customer service just makes me so happy, lol.

I agree with the general feeling toward USAA here. I turn into a living advertisement for them whenever banking comes up.

I do all my banking, investments, and insurance through them. Their customer service is second to none.

Don't be too sure. You're probably right, but in the late 90's I found that I could insure a Corvette for less than a Camaro. I was about 20 at the time. Allstate (which was my insurance at the time) said that the profile of a Corvette owner is older and a more mature driver who would not take as many risks as the typical Camaro owner.

Not sure if that is still true.

We have had USAA for many many years...all our business is with them. I hope they can offer me a good rate when I finance the car!
