I've been playin with the idea of selling the copcar and building a 70's Camaro Custom (Mild).

heres a couple ideas....any input and ideas would be great!!!
FRONT: I graphed in some 69 turn signals for fog lamps, the directionals are in the bumper and the headlights are tri-bar...I thought about 2010 RS Halos but they look funny on the 70.

SIDE: I took a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport tact...Vette door handles, front scallops and rear brake cooling slits and led side markers.

REAR: 2011 tail-lamps, and back-up lamps in the bumper (clean and simple)

Howard Tanner (Redline Motorsports) spoke of being interested in holding a free tech seminar on products and services available from his shop to tune our Camaros for better performance.
The date is to be determined. Preferably not during a major show.

And I would like to expand on it and comment. Upstate C5 members that know me most likely are aware that I’m interested in the 427 Camaro motor conversions so I’ve been trying to pay attention to the mods Redline(In Schenectady/Rotterdam, NY) has been performing. Motor swaps are just one service they offer. I’ve seen quite a few mods they have made to the base LS3 that comes stock with the camaro, so I’m sure this would be a big topic of discussion that many Upstate C5 members would be interested in. Redline is doing this to promote their business, but there is no obligation to buy anything by attending this event, and it’s free. Regardless of what clubs you belong to or don’t belong to, this invite is open to everyone. The idea here is to get current & future camaro owners together so we can learn more about mods available for the cars. Even if you’re not considering any mods right now, you might be in the future so this could be time well spent. If this interests any Upstate C5 members, please post your thoughts so we can see what kind of interest there is in this.

Two different shows on two different days. It's just that the class for our cars is the Power Cruise Show on Sunday. I don't see where a class is showing on both days, so I'd have to say no to putting your car on the field both days, or getting a price break. If you're talking general admission, not sure there is one, unless maybe you have to pay to park as a non-entrant. I'll send an e-mail to find out. I'd like to know the times for Sunday as well.
