After the parking lot shooter bar at C5F II I have no doubts that it would be big.

Barely ever rains that time of year. Rain doesn't really kick in until about May or June. Just started here maybe 3 weeks ago. My car is a DD and saw rain maybe 3 times from Jan 1 through June 1.

Indy also has a road course built into the center of the oval track. So.....3 tracks in one area!!! FTW!!!! Where else can you have a Grand Prix race and a NASCAR race all on the same weekend??? Nowhere lol!

Fortunately for you the rain rarely is an all day type rain like further north or in the northeast. Typically the rain is in the morning and or the 4pm to 6pm hours. This is due to the wind shifts and collisions from the Atlantic meeting the Gulf airs warmer temps. 90% of the "rainy" days we get are not all day and a very scattered about and highly isolated. I constantly see it raining on one side of the road here while it's bone dry on the other during the rainy season. Was the wierdest thing when i moved here from MI 10yrs ago.

Enjoy the trip, Orlando and the blazing heat.

For clarification, the 'Indy' that keeps getting mentioned isn't Indianapolis Motor Speedway, but rather the drag strip about 7 miles away from the Brickyard
