The dyno actually measure torque and then calculates HP.
There is something wrong with that whole run.

Sweet let's hear more reviews! I've gone through gas like crazy this week, just can't keep my foot out of it! I think my average mpg went down to like 22.5 mpg but my average speed went up!

Looks like the dyno was dropping the tach signal... Used to happen on the stang and would end up with the same kind of results...

We are the only V6 in our club that has any preformance mods and when she strated to scream on the dyno, every one poked their heads in the bay to who was running. I am pleased with everything so for, had the usual install issues, but nothing that couldn't be worked out. Not doing track time until later the month, but the Butt Dyno tells me I will be pleased on the first pass.

Too bad the numbers came out all funky, but I just got a chance to watch the vid — sounds good

Looking at the breather I found that there wasn't a hole punched out and this was the issue... so I drilled a hole inside the unit and now it can breathe. The V6 sounds freakin awesome now. I can't wait for the TB!!

Well I got my intake installed. It need some work to get it in and it may still be a little tight. I will need to get some references from others using this intake. Does your key FOB fit snugly into the gap between the air filter and the upper brace or does it sit in there quite loosely? With that being said, the amount of 'work' I had to do to get the intake to go in was minimal. It took less than a minute to fix what needed to be fixed. Vararam still needs to address these issues and I took some pictures of the problem areas and will send them to Steve with a thorough description. I had it in within an hour. I let it idle for about 10 minutes and then took it for a cruise. I had the stock air box in so it still has plenty of learn time. However after a bit I could really tell a difference. The car pulls harder now and is significantly more responsive. The exhaust (MRT V1.0) sounds even better than before and the intake noise seems as if it is the harmony to its melody. There really isn't a good way to describe it other than buy one and hear for yourself. I'm definitely glad that I was able to purchase this intake. It will take a couple more tinkering sessions for the PERFECT fitment but that is to be expected. I will get back with Vararam asap and give them my feedback so that they can make future models better. I will give another review after the weekend when I have some serious miles on it. Goodnight all.

Anyone else have this issue?

Good to hear. Mine is scheduled for delivery today, but I probably won't get to install until tomorrow. The wait is finally over!

I think key fob is about the average from what I've seen so far. I've also emailed Vararam with some feedback and pictures, let me know what you hear. I'm going to dremel my radiator brackets more this weekend like GTO did to try to get a little more room.
