I thought you got in an accident with your car. I thought I was going to see a totaled camaro with everone naming their cars here. Sorry to hear that. I had to put my lab down the day after christmas 2 years ago. Sucks.

Oh man, I totally understand the situation and how you feel. I had a pet that also had cancer, had to put her down, was one of the hardest moments in my life. I can't imagine how it would be if we had to put our English Bulldog down, absolutely heartbreaking.

A person just has to know that they did this out of love for your family member. I know everyone says that and it doesn't make it easier by any means but it's a thought that you can think back on and help make sense with why some things just happen in this world.

A tough choice, but the right one. I'm very sorry for your loss, as a dog trainer I know what a huge impact pets have on our lives. She was much loved, and you gave her a great life.

I am sorry for your loss as it is hard to have to put your bud down, but it was the responsible thing to do. I had to do that in 2002 when my 15 year old cocker spaniel had mouth cancer. Like you I still think of her, and I am grateful I have another dog right now. Your bud will live on in your heart and memories of the times you had together.

I am so sorry to hear you had to go through that. We had to put down our Jack Russell, Emily, about 6 years ago. That was one of the hardest, most awful thing to do. She had a tumor, and otherwise looked ok.
I always, hug, belly rub, and generally spoil our two (Rosie and Chumley) every day.
That's Chums in my avatar.
I definitely believe we will meet them again one day, and they really do make our lives complete. Cherish those memories!
I have to stop, as I'm getting pretty choked up.
