I checked the order # again - its the same as I gave you before - PSDVPF - it had been at 1100 since June 10. Please try one more time and if there is still a problem, I'll bug the dealer. Thanks again.

I'm trying to research this further. I show the 0000 status
as of 7/13 Not real sure what's happening here.

although most are system updates
