Fingerprints on HIDs

I just got off work and one of my coworkers informed me I have fingerprints on my halos. Sure enough I have 2 fingerprints on each of the round "bulbs". Anyone else have this problem straight from the factory?

I saw one person have it and their dealer fixed and one where a dealer did not fix it. Anyone else have these pesky fingerprints?

I thought mine had finger prints or paint on it. The glass was scratched and installed in the assembly anyway. My dealer warrantied it out and replaced it with a new one.
Thanks for the good service on this item!

I took it in today and supposedly they categorized it as a cosmetic problem so they need someone higher than the SM to go ahead and approve of it.

If they don't theyll open a can of worms. How can I be assured that theres no oil all over my actually HID decreasing its life span. What happens if my HID dies early due to that....so on and so forth. And its a show car of course!
