There is no possible way an exhaust system that is $1000-$2000 more is THAT much better, I dont care what your argument is...
Sounds way better than the Dynatech paired with the Atak and also sounds better than my Borla XR-1 Race headers with the Atak...

How do i know, well lets just say im lucky to have about 7 SS Camaro5 members locally and we all cruise around together.....

The only other system that i liked more is whatever Wicajew is running.... Check out his garage for details...

You are dead on about the e-bay... Headers is is one area that I would not go cheap on... Not sure about the polish jobs on those... but I've seen the Big Flows on after a few thousand miles and they still still look really good.

One thing I like about ARH over these is they have slip over connection at the collector.

This is all very convincing. I like the idea of the extra power from the stepped headers. Where would you think the best place to buy them would be? (price wise) I would rather buy from a forum sponsor of course, but who has the best prices honestly?

SW and Kooks both sell stepped headers and we can get you a great deal on both. We have Kooks in stock, and a really good deal on them. Keep in mind however, you are talking the most expensive header you can buy for your car..so the bang for you buck idea is gone.

Well in the long run, isn't the best bang for your buck what's going to give the most power, and last the longest? I don't mind paying more if I get more, but if I can pay less, and get darn close I will. I'm still planning at this point, so prices make a large difference in my order of parts. i.e. I spend more on headers, means I leave glasspacks as my exhaust, instead of a catback system.

Im getting Stainless Works 1 7/8" no-cats headers installed this week. I shopped around quite a bit (weeks) for a good price and compared mainly against Kooks and ARH. Basically it came down to the best package deal available. Your not gonna get true prices posted on the forum, your best bet is to start calling the forum sponsors and see what you can find... I REALLY liked working with Juiced, Marlyand Speed, Extreme Performance, and Late Model Restorations.... shop around, you'll find a good deal. F you can hold off for a few days, I'll post Vids once its done. Club member of mine (Peace234) just had his installed (same SW headers) on aCorsa cat-back, should be posted up soon...

That won't be a problem. I'm picking up the car August 3rd, and won't have that much money for a couple months. I'm just trying to figure out exactly what I want, how much I'm spending, and what order to purchase in. I'm modifying a hood right now, and I don't know what that's going to take yet. lol

Wow, those numbers are pretty impressive. Higher RWTQ number than I see on most...

I didn't need extensions. Since i replaced my engine.. The o2 harnesses aren't attached to the block and made them long enough to plug right in. I guess me being a neat freak and organizing all the wires paid off?
