On your website, you say "rated to XXX/XXX" hp /tq. Is that at the crank or at the wheels?

Also, the thing I would recommend most is a FAQ section. I'd like to know shipping options, return policy, etc.

I like the new website. Much better looking.

Our ratings are at the wheels, unlike many other manufacturers.
FAQ Page is in the works as we speak, Steve's working diligently with the web guys to get that done.
We've got clutches on every continent. All continental US shipping is $49.95, other shipping may be extra and we ask that you call for those options as rates vary drastically.
We've had one returned clutch in the 4+ years we've been in business. If you have an issue with our unit or you need a refund on your unit we ask that you call us so we can discuss this with you.

We would rather deal with every customer face-to-face or on the phone, we understand that in this age people would rather email or just go online and shop. I guess we're just a little old fashioned in that sense. Customer service is HUGE here at Monster - if you've ever got an issue, comment, question, or idea do not hessitate to give us a call.

Please excuse my ignorance, but what is the difference between the 11" & 12" (other than diameter).

No worries, questions are always good. The 11" units have a higher plate load and are intended more for track oriented vehicles, while the 12" units have better driveability being that they spread the load over a larger surface area. If any one has any doubt which Monster they need, don't hesistate to ask and I'll be more than happy to help get you in the right one, thanks

Chris - although a nebulous question and probably very biased in some sense but, how do the Monster clutches compare to, what seems to be the benchmark, the ZR1 clutch?

The Monster has a slightly stiffer pedal than the ZR1, but won't leave you walking in circles. It's ~8% stiffer than stock and has a more positive feel to it imho. I've personally seen a ZR1 clutch fail at the track behind a NA LS3 in a C6 and I've also seen a bolt-on C6Z cut a 1.45 60' with our Level 3, so I'd say the Monster is more apt to taking abuse on or off the track.

Flywheel Differences? 18lb vs 28lb. Looking for some input. Ill be around 500whp N/A when i get home and maybe a 100 shot. I do DD my car half the year. Thanks
