When this new system comes up it will help eliminate
customer frustration just like you're all having right now.
The "SOLD" orders will be picked up by GM and processed.
The dealer won't be a factor other than ordering it correctly
with the proper equipment and order type. It's great news

Yes it's released to everyone at the same time,
it's just not in the quick easy place they usually find it. Right
now to price out a car you have to do it manually. First you
have to find the list

not very difficult if you know where
to look.

Depending on your dealer's allocation and the number of sold orders hitting the system, that's just the way it works sometimes. In my case, my dealer is huge, has tons of allocation, and I had priority as his #1 2012 convertible order. Despite all this, my order still was not being pulled into GM's system and required intervention from Chevy.

As such, instead of getting a 7.18 TPW I got an 8.1 TPW.

I'm pretty happy to have my car built, but it kills me a little bit to watch others getting their VINs and still have to wait another week and a half before my TPW!

Do any of the tracking sites show you your TPW? or is the only way to find out to ask, and have someone manually check for you?

haha ok, thanks. I was just curious if any of the tracking sites displayed that info when available, so I wouldn't have to bother you as much.

Hi guys I ordered a 2012 camaro ... 1lt rally yellow with black stripes..... I'm 18 and this is my dream car.... Unfortunately I have to wait inorder to get it.... My order # is PTJNSS... Each day that goes by feels like eternity -_- does any one know by when should I be expecting this vehicle?
