I orderd a dual 12" Box, 2 Subs, Amp and a Harness. I recieved my order today, and I opened up the one box that contained the Sub box, and I opened up another box that contained my 2 Subs and Amp. But my Harness is missing? Whats up with that?

Yea, I'll have to call tomorrow since they're closed. I was just wondering if anybody else ever had the same problem.

I'm assuming the harness may have just been shipped separately. I know it is a pretty high demand product so they may have had to catch up on inventory or something?

Good Customer Service seems like they should have at least left you an invoice saying the harness was on back order or something. Unless they actually did FORGET to include it.. in which case you should immediatly be refunded the price of the harness, as they next day air it out to you free of charge.

GnarlyBro, I thought that too, but then I got to looking at the box that my 2 Subs and Amp came in, and on the side of the box it reads "Quantity:4 Pieces" and there were only 3 inside? And SSFury, I figured the same thing, if it was back ordered they should/would have notified me. If it is the case that It's missing, which seems to be the way It's looking, I'm not looking for a refund of my money, but definitely a Next Day Air shipment free of charge!

Like said, it's typically inside the speaker box. Like literally inside one of the holes so slosh it back and forth to check inside. That is the first step.

I am glad you changed the title of this. But please guys just drop me a line. Don't blast me until you at least ask me first. You would be surprised that I can a lot of questions that nobody else can.

I am glad I wasn't on vacation...There might have been a lynch mob waiting on me when I got back.
