cool, plus i bought footwell lighting from AAC, does anyone know how to wire it to the dome light?

If it's a t-tap I don't think it's a big deal, I'm with you, don't like to wire. I had the aac footwell abl and it was way to frikin bright. I ended up using one of the strips for the trunk. day light in the trunk. I have the cup holder abl and that is nice.
