It would be a BIG mistake. The look is what is selling this car.

The design group gets the Camaro. I have confidence the smaller 6th Gen will be right for us. Different, but right.

Lottery? Yeah that would help.

Tell Ya what, let's make a pact that if I win the lottery I buy you an optioned out ZL1, and if you win the lottery, you buy me one.

We both get a free one, or neither of us does.

If no winner by the date one of us orders, then we both have to rely on our credit ratings and/or good looks.

.
AH YES!!! DUH!!! I hadn't pegged you as a Zombie-guy, but I liked that movie a lot. I see your point

Consider that a deal!!! I guess I better start playing the Lotto more!!! It looks like I'll be relying on my credit, LOL!!!

The whole choice vs options vs Z-28 debate strayed my thoughts away from center. I am frenzied at times wanting improve on something that is not even out yet, nor do I even know what it can reaaly do performance wise. I gotta be nuts!!! Stay calm everyone, keep your powder dry and carry on. Yeah,....this is gonna be good.
So true my friend, so true. I'm going bonkers as much as a lot of the people in this tread Where is R Lee. Ermy anyways? I needs me some MAIL CALL.

Overall I don't expect a complete brand new design. The success of the 5th gen has been attributed to its looks, and it only makes sense to play off those looks for the 6th gen
Ooo. YES!!! THE AFTERBURNERS!!! Good call!!!

When this car debuted...

Everyone said GM had hit a home run, that there was no way they could cook up a better looking sedan.

Fast forward to now...

The 6th gen may be dramatically different than the 5th gen, but it will still have the same appeal.

ADD a GRAB BAR in front of the passenger seat between the upper dash and glovebox!! You KNOW this would be an awseome addition for a road race car look, make it on ZL1 standard! It would solve a lot of the open space look of current dash and add a touch of performance attitude!

ALL LEATHER of course! Those of you in contact with those in the loop..... worthy of a PASS On! Thanks! (probably too late IMHO, but would be nice!)

I think 90s era trucks more than race cars when I see a dash-mounted grab bar.

Most race cars don't have passengers. Unless your talking rally cars. And this is a Muscle Car. I had a 76' Formula and a 79' Trans Am and I never liked the grab handle. Sorry.
