Dan, you say the motorcycle helmets are allowed, but not the SNELL / DOT ones? I'm trying to see if I can borrow a friend's, but it has both markings on it, and I remember a while back you said not DOT helmets allowed. Can you clarify? The information given on the NER site is

which goes along with what you say - since Snell 2010 is in production, they will allow 2005 and 2000...but what about the SNELL / DOT marking?

you need a snelk20XX stickeron the helmet...

The DOT ranking is antiquated and was replaced with the snell rating.

As long as it has a Snell 20xx it's fine, even if it also has a DOT sticker. Most helmets that have Snell have DOT also.

EDITED MY FIRST POST. THERE ARE STILL A FEW OF YOU HOW HAVE NOT REGISTERED FOR THE EVENT YET. YOU HAVE ONE WEEK LEFT!

We'll have to figure out details this week. I'll find the old thread. Patsfan, you can I can meet up at the Mobile on the Run, and we'll do the other point at the bowling place. The times worked out well last year, so I'll stick to them. I also have to update the list.
