Thumbs down Stay Away from Coggin at the avenues in jacksonville FL

Just wanted to share my experience with this dealer.

When i bought the car , I had the dealer install the stripes on my car. It took two weeks and two tries to get it right . (bubbles and crooked). The first time i brought the car in for the stripes to be put on , I had picked up a screw in a tire and had them patch the tire (wasnt a week old!) and they scarred up the rim when they popped the tire off of it.

I bought the car in February. Refinanced it in april, Provided all the needed paper work to prove the car was refinanced and filled out the required forms to get the refund due on the gap insurance. They said 6 weeks. It took from the middle of april till just this week to get the money.(after calling chevrolet customer service and the BBB before i got anywhere) I can never get anyone that can "really" help me with anything on the phone.

Now today i get a letter from my current lien holder telling me they are going to be converting my loan to an unsecured loan soon . Because they have never received the title from the last bank. So i call that bank and they say they have never received the title either. So once again i call the dealership to be put on hold for 10 minutes. To then just leave a message for someone to call me back. I pull out my original contract and start looking over it and that is when i see it says the original lender is Ally bank on the contract. Thats probably who has the damn title!

This has been one of the worst experiences i have ever had buying a car!

Yeah I hear ya! They are the closest dealer to me and I've used them for warranty work on 2 occasions. They are a pain in the butt! It's so hard to find a dealer that will provide good customer service!!!
