My dealer didn't want to do Paintless Dent Repair on mine. He said it didn't work very well on aluminum and that the paint would crack later at the dent. I just assumed he wanted more of that sweet insurance money.

I'm here in South jersey and I know some areas got hail. I was outside with a couple bedsheets over my car. Neighbors probably think I'm crazy but I wasn't taking any chances. Luckily no hail just heavy rain.

Hope everything works out for you.

Sorry to hear that, we had a hail storm up here in Wayne County last week, thankfully my car was in Monroe County where it did not hit. But both of my trucks were outside when it happened, no damage to them.

sorry to hear about the hail, but hey silver lining. You'll be getting a new trunk and hood, possibly could pick up some vented fender's from Gary's Customs.

Push for that.

OMG the video makes me sick to my stomach to watch. We had a couple of bad hail storms this spring and guy I work with had an Equinox that got banged up and the rear windshield was broken out. The insurance company hired a guy that specializes in hail repair and he did a great job getting the dents out. It took him about 4 hours and the car isn't perfect but if he didn't point out where the car was damaged I would not have known. Personally I would rather have it totalled. Good luck.

I edited it. I could understand a cheaper car that was a few years old and the damage was close to most of the car's value, but not a one year old $30K car.
