Selling cammed camaro with other mods ?

What happens when you want to sell it? Is there much market for one? How does the value hold? Is ebay to only way to sell. I am sure you could not trade it in.

IMO, mods such as CAMS will hurt resale value.

i wouldn't think a franchise dealer would maybe a used car dealer but in that case you would still be better off selling to an individual.

de mod if you can afford it ...IMO and in my experience dealers either dont care about mods, or in some cases are relucatant to accept a trade because people dont want to buy modded cars off the dealer lot..plus generally dealers need to certify their used vehicles..hard to certify something that could easily break.

other people don't care about your mods, because you modded the car for you not anybody else. So it's got all of your quirks in it and such. On the resale, I'd say if you got 50% of your mod money back you'd be lucky. Much better to return the car to stock and then part out the mods.

Thats what I did with my Charger, stripped off all the aftermarket that wasn't welded and sold it.
