^Not too sure bout that. I'm sure there will be plenty of folks who will tuck them away up on a stand for show only. I could never do that with any of my cars. There's only one I'll keep put up...and that's the 1/16th die cast (the heavy one) in silver. NO ONE touches it.

Heck, I took out the 1/6th RC today for a little spin. That thing moves fairly well. If you pull back too far on the trigger when going forward, mine will automatically put it in reverse. I couldn't figure out why it was doing that, but finally got it. After a few minutes running back and forth breaking it in, I let my 3 year old give it a go. He was doing pretty good until he...."broke it in." Right into a curb...cracked a very small part under the front bumper. I popped it back into place and it doesn't look all that bad. Figure I'll just put it up after the painting.

Now that they're hard to find, how high will they be on ebay? If you want one, you better hurry.

This RC car is amazing. You can do donuts with it. I took some good pictures of it and it almost looks like the real thing. I actually have 2 one silver and one red, I opened the red but I might leave the silver in the box. or at least not run it. I also have the 1/10 scale of the bumblebee car. they all are so amazing. Now I just have to figure one thing out. WHERE AM I GOING TO PUT THEM ALL. I DONT HAVE ANY MORE ROOM.

Wow that red one looks hot on the streets! My local Walmart had them for $35 right before christmas...I had already purchased The Darth Vader Death Star Transformer for my nephew so I didn't get it, I hope it wasn't changed back to $70. I'm gonna get me one now.

My brother crashed mine into a pole so there's a smudge of white on my candy red car. Body is still straight though. The one thing I don't like about the rc car is the turning. The wheels will snap pause if you go from a turn to the opposite direction so steering out of a spin is impossible. I'm trying to hold a drift but I can't do it from the massive contact patch from the huge wheels/tires. I think I'm gonna try and convert mine to a gas powered one to hold the slides and actually burn out.

^That would be sweet. Yeah...I completely agree... This RC is not like the great RC's I've owned before in the past. It hesitates and turns aren't that great. Speed is somewhat ok...but nothing like those I've owned before...could be better, IMO.

I was thinking about doing the same thing. I also crashed mine the first time out. But its ok thats what happens when you drive them. Im not sure if there is any way to convert it to gas, or even beef up the motor to make it faster.
