Latest update:

New shifter is installed. Presently making a boot to look "more" stock.
Will have zero shift issues with this piece.

Guess a high-rpm video will come after the weekend. We were thinking of bumping the rev limiter a bit for low boost. With a long duration cam, this 388 bore/stroke/solid roller relationship will rev to the moon.

With turbo's having to spool up for boost, how do you launch one? Is that why you would want the rev limiter higher?

It won't affect the launch, step on the loud pedal, dump the clutch... Instant boost...

I've heard that modern turbos don't have the spool-up delay issues that older turbos had. I think the more interesting thing will be figuring out how best to launch the car and keep traction. This will be fun to watch!
