Went to 3400 overnight. So only another week to production!

I was just reading the weekly order updates/constraints, here . Sure glad I'm in the system, 'cause I would've been under the spare compact wheel & tire for the week of 8/4, and again for 8/11 for the gray leather interior. At least the way I read it, I think I'm OK.

Has this just been the L....O....N....G....E....S....T.... week ever??

For those of us waiting on MONDAY the weekend will probably drag by as well. <sigh>
But, on the upside, one of us might have a VIN by Tuesday!!!! How cool would that be???? We're on the home stretch! Yipee-Skipee!!!

only 4 more sleeps, peeps!!!

It has been a long week! I have a feeling the 3800->delivery process will be much less predictable than the 1000->3400 time intervals were.... but I am keeping my fingers crossed. Becky's comments about limited availability of rail cars from the factory makes me a little concerned there may be a bottleneck...

So far it doesn't look like anything on my order has been constrained at all. I guess I went pretty mainstream with my vehicle

I'm hoping I don't regret not getting a spare -- knock on wood, but the last couple of flats I had were nails in the tread, so the sealer should be enough to get me "out of the woods".

But... weren't the parts ordered and it's ready to be put together if I'm at 3400 status?:( Does this mean that the part didn't actually come in? I'm panicking here!

(edit) Nevermind, read the part that it only affects items under 2000 status!

my dealer told me that my camaro will be at the dealers the following week

Had the Friday from heJJ today! Everyone was needy [which translates eventually into w-w-whiney]...LOL!
I'm supposed to get off by 1300 on Fridays, but due to some really needy people, it was closer to 1400. But I just kinda grinned and kept thinking to myself, I can tolerate these folks 'cause it's....

Do we think permagrin is setting in early??? HeJJ yeah!!!

Alright campers, I just went to 3400 this morning.

I guess I'll be produced late in the 8/15 week, which is why mine was late to the 3400 code.... no matter.

I just hope to have it here sometime in early September!

The wait is killing me....
