OMG, you made my day!!!!! I want to see that car!!!!! I received an email from Larry Larkin, the Gear Heads Pres. I contacted him just to give him a heads up that we would be coming his way. If you know him, by all means feel free to coordinate that part of the trip and thanks for the help!!!!

Right, things are coming together perfectly....now we need to plan a new route for the cruise after the lunch (going to need some help with this from the locals) and find a spot for the photo shoot (will work on that this weekend). It's almost here!!!

Yeah, Larry told me this afternoon that someone contacted him. I'm actually the secretary of the Gearheads so....I got this! I'm going to get with our peeps that go every week to see about reserving us some rows once we have a good idea of how many cars....I told them 45-50 would be a good estimate. They love to see the groups all roll in together! What time do we think we'll make it to Cabela's?

Found this parking lot and I think it's the best bet for a group shot. You can see the capitol building in the background or the Frost Bank building the other way. The fee was supposed to be $1.50 for half an hour, but there was no one at the exit and the gate was open so it was free!!
