:( Great... Is this the part where I start freaking out cause of a possible leak now? lol. Hm, is there any situation i can create that I could visibly check for a leak? IE: Does it only leak when under boost...

If the leak is around the oil pan and back of the pan and transmission, you will need a new oil pan gasket,But don't put the new gasket on with out using a small bead of permitex adhesive silicon on both sides. This will ensure never a leak again with the oil pan gasket after all their will be no need to ever pull the pan again unless you are building the motor or doing a cam!

I've put two magnachargers on with this valley cover. Edelbrock E-force that I put on a car had the same cover also. They all leaked too. I'm using the gray GM RTV on both sides of gasket with no leaks. I've read other posts on forums and that valley cover seems to leak on everything.

We have had several cars leak. A little Gray GMS RTV problem solved!

Has Magnasun chimed in on this. Just had mine installed and although I cannot detect any leaks I am using oil.

*bump*

seems like I'm the next in line

Same symptoms, leaking from the LR corner down to the oil pan and on to the oil filter and trans....

Pretty hard to nail down the timing of events, but I would assume since it started leaking thru the gasket, the ECM started throwing P013Es and P014As at times. Anyone experienced the same kind of errors, or is there another issue knocking about?

We've checked the PCV system as well - as we assumed something was wrong there in the first place. To my surprise we have found out that - although Oil Catch Can routing is correct, the can does not catch any or at least hardly any oil and yet the TB is clean as a whistle...

My guess is the leak in the gasket is preventing the PCV to work properly as well - or am I as knoob-ish here as I think I am?

From what I hear it is wide spread, they never really fixed mine like it should have been fixed but it did get taken care of....but like I said the didn't fix it the correct way which is to send me a new plate that was machined correctly instead ground on a new plate with a grinder and sent it to me and we decided to use as sugggested above some sealant.
