My wife doesn't get it. I am obsessed with looking at this car. I can hardly stand the wait. Wishes I was that excited about her. I am getting the manual. I figure if she wants to drive it, she will have to learn.

Well, after several weeks of "that site again" she is actually getting in to it now. She had fun with the configuration site and all! I wanted the ABM but she wants to get CGM, cause it is the color of the road-dirt around here! She really misses having a sunroof, so we'll get that as well, and she loves the RS package, so there's another she won't have to twist my arm over!
We made a deal: get her car and my truck paid off before we jump in to a Camaro, so it is looking like October at this point. I'm eating carrots and Top Ramen to help get 'em paid off faster!  Good news: She drives stick!  Bad news: She drives stick.

my girlfriend gave me the lecture about getting the V8 which i was shocked because i ordered a 2LT
 but after explaining why i want the 2LT and not the 1ss she said "why don't you look at me as much as you look at that website" and me being stunned she hit me with the second question "why don't you research as much as you do for that car on buying me a house or nice things that mean alot to me" so after those two joy-killer questions i went in for the answer in which i didn't think it was gonna work and was mostly pulled out of my ass answer " babe with me getting this nice car we can now go to Vegas with the sound of the engine and i will be happy and you will be happy. Dont you want to drive down PCH(<-- free way by the pacific in los angeles) and have a nice day together." So shes taking it ok if not oh well.

My gf is happy for me!!! She listens to me about all the Camaro news that I find out about on here.
The only stipulation she had was that I get an automatic so that she can drive it (that didn't matter to me since I can't drive a stick anyways). I hope I have good insurance...
