I think I may be in the lead. I have been there since 7/28 with no movement whatsoever. Can't get real answers from GM and no one seems to be able to help "push" the order through, not even Jeff from Chevy Customer Service.

My order #PRSRG8 is at 4800 Unloaded from train . My salespersonage has the day off and I wonder if you can tell me what this means, where my car might be ? I dont want it to stay out at the dealer any longer than neccessary.

Sorry to hear that - just stay in contact with your
dealer who is hopefully talking to their area sales
managers to make sure they prioritize your car to
get out of there.

Keep in mind, GM wants the very best product out
there and will make sure they are right before they
leave!

I won't worry too much at this point. Once the car is unloaded
as yours is - it still needs to be loaded on a truck and sent to
the dealer. That can happen in one day, but in all likelyhood
it will be a few days before it shows up.

That's the good news!! The not so good news is that
the status is 3800 - so you've got to get a little further
along to be ready to ship - usually. But first things first,
it's built!!!

GM never stops amazing me. Lets not build a car for a customer, just because we can't put the spare tire in it today! God I HATE BIG BUSINESS! None of them take care of the customer any more. Maybe I should just cancel my order and buy a BMW.
