I hate that company! They sell amateur products for outrageous prices!
Water got in two of my LED side markers and some of the LEDs won't turn on. They told me that I have to pay for shipping both ways for replacements! WTF?? Your product is defective you should pay for shipping!!!!! Can't believe they are still in business! Bunch of crooks!
I will never ever buy anything from them.
I will tell everybody I know to stay away.

I had a light that did not work upon receiving, they promply sent me a new one at no cost to me.

Yeah only product issue so far. I have other issues with them but will not get into it.

OK well please PM either Justin or Jonathan. I have had to return a few items under warranty and they ALWAYS have worked with me in getting my parts fixed/replaced in a timely manner.

I am not pming anybody. I called the official number and this is what they said. Why do I have to go out of my way in order to make this right?? Its their responsibility they screwed up!
