I have ordered many things from AAC (HIDs, fog lights, and dome light) had minor issue with fogs but customer service was great and got my problem resolved quickly, other than that great products and i will be buying from them again

I wanted to save some $$ and i wanted to paint the sidemarkers my self, so i ordered the clear ones and i painted them myself. Now one of the sidemarkes has water in it and i need to send it back before i can get a replacement, and its gonna be a clear one, so ill have to go and buy another quart of paint and clear...
Not Cool.

If the guy doesn't want to PM some one he doesn't have to. I did, and the best i could get was free shipping back to me.
I still need to take my sidemarker and ship it to them and wait for the replacement. all this time the camaro will be un-drivable. Good thing i have a Daily driver or i would have been screwed.
And i still need to paint it my self.

If they are such a reputable company why don't they have their s**t together and inform their customer service person about the right policy. I think it’s very shady that they inform their customers that we have to pay for shipping for returned products and hope we just do it. But then if we contact someone in the forums we get free shipping wtf is this? Definitely not professional!

There is a rumor out there they have corrected this issue.

I recommend you ask to send all 4 back for them to seal them all up... then you're less likely to have this issue again. (Assuming the rumor of the fix it true.)

Thank you. That is an option. But if I would rather get my money back and buy them from Showstoppers. I am done with this damn company. I heard so many horror stories about them. They sell you crap and such a high price and shady practices like this whole shipping fee issue!!

I requested to return all 4 when my second one failed (sealant failure with moisture inside) They refused, and only would replace the defective one. Not very proactive for a lifetime warranty with known issues.

They also sell their crappy products with no installation guides. I had a big issue with that. I am actually going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They can't just keep doing this stuff with no repercussions. PM me if you want to sign a formal complaint. or email me at benradmo@gmail.com.
