Thanks man. I have already let 2 houses that I REALLY wanted to buy get thru my fingers. I want to get this sold before all of the nice houses are gone. There is only 3 more in this town that I would like to own. Hope it moves fast at this price.

That is more than a fair price... you'll be taking a loss on it which you really shouldn't have to do. But, I understand, time is of the essence. Have you put it on autotrader? That may speed up the process. Craiglist too... although that may invite some scammers.

yeah I put it on craigslist and ebay. never had it on auto trader tho. Time is getting short to be selling it in this area because winter is fast approaching and that means no driving the Camaro.

I thought about putting mine on ebay but, they hit you with some hellacious fees. I'd have to get $300 more out of my car than I would anywhere else, just to cover the fees.

yeah, but you are hitting a larger group of people. If I would have known I'd have a harder time than I thought selling it around here I would have sold it the first time on Ebay.
