Put gear select in M. Pull up with bare hands on outer large silver bezel. pops right up. unhook wires and remove. Next pop open the little door on the backside of the auto shifter handle to expose a torx screw inside. loosen the screw. Put shifter back into park and slide the shifter off.

Now the hard part. You can either unbolt the screws you see on the white plastic piece that the shifter bezel ring is attached to, unhook wiring and remove whole unit or you can just remove the silver bezel while leaving the rest on the car. the silver bezel has multiple tabs that attach it to the white plastic. the ones on the sides are the ones you want to get to. Use a screwdriver or something to get down to the tab and GENTLY push it in while pulling up on the bezel. Should see and hear it break free. repeat on other side and massage the piece off It has lots of tabs and is held on tightly. I have seen some people have luck removing it by the large tabs on the front and rear. You can see the rear one in the photo i provided. I could not for the life of me get these to release so used the side ones and got it off. Use care not to push on anything hard. DO NOT BREAK THE SMALL BEZEL WITH PRNDM on it. You CANNOT BUY THIS PART BY ITSELF NEW. Only comes with entire shift assembly and isn't cheap and very hard to come by.

Hope the PM's helped and let me know if you need more help. This mod your going to love. So much better than the silver.
