LSR ...how its supposed to be !

Hi folks..i want to post something regarding LSR ..they have various products but mainly I get suspension items from them. WEll about 3 months ago I purchased aset of front and rear sways from them. I had them installed and car was much better in handling....but as of late while under the lift I saw that my rear sway was missing a poly bushing, ..not only that the mounting bracket and the 2 studs were gone!!!!! How I dont know I dont race and I dont recall anything serious happening to the rear...but this is nyc..and stuff is rough on the suspension.

OUT COMe >>> I speak to LSR (aldo) the rep, and not only does He tell me that he is gonna send the part...he thanks me for calling !
I got the new parts, the entire thing even studs, I got 2 emails with tracking and 2 personal call from him to assure and ask if all went well, I paid nothing, not a penny, no shipping ..nothing. No questions were asked, no demands were made, instead i got an uneeded apology, and a promise to help me asap....This is how a true company treats people. I have nothing but praise for LSR ..FROm day one they treated me like an old friend, and still do. I will be forever thankful, and loyal to them as a customer....There sways are awesome, the customer service is hands down top rated, and I am glad i know them. This is how its supposed to be folks.

Ipimpthisc Thank you! I really do try to just give the kind of experience that I would want. I too am an enthusiast, First and, foremost. When I'm in trouble, or am having a problem I always like communication. Even if its not what I want to hear lol.

I am very glad that you got your part. I even tracked it myself to make sure it was going there, even after the call lol.

Again thank you for your kinds words.

Aldo
