OIL TOPIC

Ok so I would like to get some hard facts on witch oil is the best to run in the V6. I know everyone has their own opinion, but I would like to get some real facts on witch is best. I run Mobile 1 with an ACDelco oil filter.

It's all my GM cars have ever seen. Good enough for GM to use in their cars, good enough for mine!

How to hug your camaro
Buy the car that you would most like to get beat in. The other guy will always be faster.

If you bring the car to the dealer, I assume they use AC Delco filters, but do they use MObil 1?

amsoil and wix filters. I don't think you can really say one is better out of the above list, just what ever your preference.

You have to ask for it but yeas they use it. I believe Mobil 1 is specified for the SS L99 and LS3 motors.

Absolutely right -- AND you need to specify Mobil One full synthetic, otherwise they use the GM's Dexos BLEND.
