4, 5 and 6 equal the dates That's a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I don't know about the location though, beyond me

Or R66IL could be a track near route 66 in IL.... Like Chicagoland

Or the F in 04062012F is not for Friday but supposed to be taken away and added to C51+2.....
