I'm leaving from Montreal on sunday morning. But last year I managed to be at Hawkesbury for 7AM so we could meet a the hotel and clean the cars. There is a Car Wash not very far from there.

So I would think that meeting around 6AM to arrive around 7AM would be a good time.
We have to be in before 8AM
Anyone else would like to convoy?

RickRay just reminded that last year we arrived at 7:15 and it was almost full, so we have to be there on the site at 7AM at the latest, we have to be at the hotel meeting point at 6:45 AND LEAVE FASTand for those who want to wash the car it will have to be earlier.

I for myself will not wash the car, I will detail it on the site with dry-wash as I did last time.

Question:

WHAT TIME FOR A MEETING POINT AT KIRKLAND WOULD ACCOMODATE EVERY ONE?

Chris, Karen and I will definitely join you guys for breakfast. We'll be coming Sunday morning from Burritt's Rapids. Last year we met up with everyone at the hotel parking lot before going down town to park the cars. Can I assume the same thing will happen again this year only a little earlier?

7:00 to 9:00 am Everyone can go to point D 6 bay ($1)car wash on Tupper/main street then must go back to 17 as main streets are blocked off

9:10... Meet at Point A :Motel BW (TupperSt/Highway 17)

9:15 Convoy (could be 5-25 min depending on line up and my shortcut) to Point C west end where we parked last year near Scotiabank .....except that this year for the first time our (25 spots )are reserved

9:45-10:00 Very near Point C line up to get in to Goodies restaurant

9;15...no way...it's all FULL by then...IMO

I'm sure we still got to get there around 7-7;30 even with reservations..it does start at 8am
