Nice! I'm just getting started. No mods, yet but I'm going to start with a Heritage Grill and the SOLO pipes.

whipple's are around 7,500 I believe (OP please correct me if I'm wrong) then what he puts out depends on his other mods and what boost he is running at.

Good work, lookin great! I say keep it in the family, and go black on your calipers. I don't see any red highlights anywhere else...

love your car. Gloss black calipers would look best imo.

The calipers on a 2SS/RS should already be black. Mine are.

They aren't gloss black like the OP probably is thinking about. I think they are more of a flat dark blue gray color. Not attractive at all.
![]() Painted/powder coated calipers are a MUST on these cars. I would suggest red since you couldn't see black that good. Before: After:

Thanks for all the compliments! Sorry it took me awhile to reply-I got stuck in the hurricane trying to get home.
My car pulled about 336hp (RWH) prior to the maggie. After, I now have 460hp with about 445 torque. So I increased the hp by 130 and the torque increase by about 100. I am very happy with these numbers. Of course, I want more but I think this is a good start. I can't decide between black/red on the calipers. I think red would show better but black would also look good. Thanks again |
