It's on my mountaineer and i love it. it locks tight nothing can open it except a pump (idk how they did it lol) i like it cuz you just open the fuel door stick the pump in, pump, close the fuel door and your done lol
NOW I KNOW THAT SOUNDS LAZY BUT THE MUSTANG HAS A REGULAR GAS CAP AND I REALLY DON:T MIND EITHER WAY LOL

Yeah... you get used to it real fast. My wife's Ford Flex has it (I think Ford's the only company that does it... it's on the new Mustang, as well). It's a very slick feature.

Most current model fuel tanks have valve systems in them (related to vapor emissions requirements, I think) that make it nigh impossible to siphon fuel out through the filler neck...

I'm still mad that they put the filler on the wrong side of the car though !!!!!!!

So, If one runs out of Fuel they can't use a normal Fuel Can? Road Trippers beware.?

I have never run outta fuel () but the shape of a fuel canister is pretty similar to a regular fuel pump
