some things changed: Acura broke down again, replaced 7th radiator (pressure flux known to be a problem in '95 models).

Door locks had to be replaced because of thieves - they ended up going to lock position permanently.

Windshield had to be replaced.

Insurance helped, but since I started this thread, I spent $1,000 on a car KBB for no more than $2,000.

Finally, yesterday when finishing up the radiator, I noticed exhaust is coming out of my head gasket when revving. Head + valve = $2,000. Also, this can easily blow a radiator if compression exhaust gets in the water main.

So, I called my apartment complex, they are willing to negotiate on a garage while I am there.

Also, a 2011 2SS + RS + every custom package available came on the private seller radar I put out

He lives a few miles from me and I am gonna test drive it.

33k obo. 5k miles on it. He paid 41k and dealer will make an offer after I do.

pdaft lowering springs an sway bars thrown in for free.

Advice / suggestions?

If I don't buy my dream car, I still need to buy a car with low miles. I'm looking at 12k for something I don't really like.
