1 year ago I got divorce papers on that day I came home with my 2011ss . I'm in better shape have money and no nagging life is good. 8 years married and the best thing she gave me was the divorce.

Everything is easier being single. My younger sister and older brother have families now, both seem to be miserbale all the time. My parents were miserable through 25 years of marriage. All my married friends are miserable. I'm single and I have a Camaro, I seem to be the only happy one. What does this all mean? Staff single.

I'm 28, single, and enjoying it. The main reason why I choose the single life now is because of my career commitment as active duty military. Due to the uncertainty of military life, it is logistically easier to be single. I just have to worry about myself when I go on 6+ month deployments or 1 year long oversea tours. Sometimes I feel like I'm behind the curve in life since some of my good friends have already married. My younger sister even seems like she's on her way to a lifelong commitment now. I see myself settling down with a woman eventually but it probably won't happen in the near future......unless I find "the one" soon.
