2010 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS RS L99 A6 - Solo Performance Cats & Exhaust with J-pipes

The video does an OK job of illustrating the sound. It is much more awesome in person! The Mach XL with J-pipes technology truly negates the drone.

I'm very impressed and would recommend to any Gen 5 Camaro L99/A6 owner looking for an exhaust solution that "smashes" the drone and delivers that old school muscle car sound.

Keep in mind, that the install of the cats and exhaust does not require a tune or void the warranty. Win... win!!

The team at Solo Performance is outstanding to work with and are champions of customer service.

If anyone has any questions just let me know.

Solo Performance mods installed:

- V8 Automatic Stainless Steel Mach XL with J-Pipes
- V8 Automatic L99 High Flow Catalytic Converters

I have had the Solo J-pipe axle back exhaust on my L99 SS for several months now.
No drone plus the sound just keeps getting deeper and more aggressive all the time.
Love it !

Tom - did you have the exhaust and high flow cats put on at the same time? I have a '11 VR vert and just put on the SOLO Cat Back vert version. Love the sound..but think I'd like it even more aggressive. In time..it sounds like that might happen. If you had them installed at the same time...you don't have a reference point. If you had the exhaust first and then installed the cats..I'm just wondering if you could tell a difference in the sound? It would seem to me you could..but again..my question may be moot.

Hey thallman! Yes, I had them both installed at the same time. High flow cats will indeed make a big difference in sound and performance... achieving the aggressiveness that you're looking for mated to your existing Solo cat-back system. I hope that helps.
