I'd think two to three weeks is more realistic, but only guessing. Who'd you order from? Got a friend here in MD that ordered from ELCO. Lived in that area a few years myself.

Yes, I've heard of him. I'm with Elco too. If I remember, he had the hurst shifter and had to wait, otherwise, his would have been built in march. His will go in at the same time as mine unless the hurst shifter is still on constraint. For some strange reason, Elco wasn't given any April builds at all. It was a reall bumber

On the delivery side of it, I really hope it's not that long. Under two weeks would be good. I'd like to have it befor the last week of May. I have a family wedding to go to, and well, need I say more???

So when the dealer gets their monthly consensus, they don't submit all of the orders at once? They just get a certain amount per week? I'm not really sure how that works... could someone clarify? Just curious, thanks!

I was told by my dealer they recieved 2 cars for March and 4 cars for April.I am the third order to get pulled for production which was 3-26 which I understood it to be the first car for April build.If they are going to get 4 cars built in April then I would hope mine would be the first of the month.The sales manager told me the way it worked was a order gets pulled on Thursday and you have until Tuesday to make any changes then it moves forward.He has been getting a order pulled each week and then it gets built within 7-10 days.I am dealing with Rick Hendrick.I had my hopes up to see my car built the first part of April not the last part.Can someone confirm this is a fact,if so I will have to wait a couple more weeks.Thanks.......

Hey Rodrunner, can ya tell me when the build date would be for an order placed March 5th - 7th? The sales manager keeps telling me he can't give me any dates but I know better after reading a bunch on Camaro5!

I've been sitting at 3000 since the order went in. (allocation, consensus and no constraints and priority #1)

1st post....have been on the site for about a month for hours and hours a day...My ? is my dealer called and told me I have a build date for April 23.....do you think that was the submit date instead of build date? I am planning I having my car by June....just in time for summer in Michigan!!!

My car was also submitted on March 25th, It was sitting at 3000 at that time. could someone give me an estimate of when this car may be built?

I've wondered the same thing about mine. Last I had heard from my dealer I was @ 3000 (I believe as of 3/21) w/ no TPW. I found this post and have been assuming I fall into this category.

Then this E-mail I recieved should mean mines to be built 5/4-5/8

I have the other 3 allocations next Thursday 4/9 so the basic difference would be 2 weeks and I know for me that would be a lifetime. But as an added touch I forwarded my Rep your order to make sure that it is the first out of the rest to be pulled.
