Good afternoon Becky,
I've been checking the status of the rail car that my car is on for the past couple of days and all was going fine. However, lately the automated message says the rail car is bad ordered (which means it has mechanical problems) in Battle Creek. Would you know if it's customary to switch shipment to another rail car or would they opt to repair the current one? (sorry for the long post)

Had exactly the same thing happen at exactly the
same place with another car. It stayed that way
for about 7 days before it moved on. I never did
get a good answer as to what happened. I wonder
if it could be some sort of railcar switching in the
yard, seeing that's it's happened twice in such a
short timeframe.

I'll try again to see if I
can find anything out and let you know

Well I'll have to try another tactic tomorrow!

My dealer says it's not in QC, but awaiting a railcar. I don't think he'd intentionally mislead me; probably doesn't have the great connections that you do.

By the way, today was the first time I was able to print my window sticker too!

Mine shows a new 4B00 for yesterday but its says Cassens Transport on it now and I have a window sticker.

Now to try and find my dealer number. Anyone ever try to track on Cassens before? Does it work?
