The other cars my husand and I have weren't named. They were just called by their model names (Caprice, Taurus, Impala)

Never really thought of naming a car or truck before with actual names.
Always just called them 'the pickup', 'the Tahoe', 'the Caddy' etc.
But for the Camaro I might have to break with tradition and give it a proper name.

How does 'Tom' or 'Harold' sound to everyone?

It's like naming a pet you want a nickname and to match it's personality. Chevy's tend to develop interesting personality later in life.

I jest with the Tom or Harold names, although I can't rule them out yet either.
Guess I'll have to wait until I actually have my Camaro and see what it tells me.

My car is going to be a she and will be referred to in that sense. I haven't gotten to the point where I've ever actually named one of my vehicles. However, I may just call her.....Sweet Love of My Life.

Like I said in the "He or She?" thread, I'm going to name mine River (as in River Tam). The fact that the next night I dreamed about taking Summer Glau around in a Camaro clinched it for me.
