Bumpity-bump. And I should probably ad we're in the Albany area. Storage doesn't need to be super close, but within 20-30 miles would be nice.

For everyone who went to bath and were wondering, did make it back to Elmira to elm chevy and had them look at the car today. They can't find any reason why it did not start. It started up fine when I shut it off after I got to elm and turned it back on and then started right up for them. They did have a list of about 12 codes for things ranging from body control units to airbags anti lock breaks and everything in between reading low voltage, getting it back tomorrow and going to be driving it daily to see if it does it again. I will keep you all posted. Also I had a blast with you all yesterday. Thanks for the good time! Will be joining in again!

was kind of funny that when you called on star it just started right up...sounds like a voltage regulator might be to blame...only time will tell tho!

That is a "new" feature on new cars, if you just bump the key to start it and do not hold it, it will turn over on it's own, until the engine starts, or in Dan's case.......

As far as the low voltage codes Dan, I would check or have the dealer check, all of the battery cable connections, positive and negative both. Or the codes may have been generated due to the extended cranking time of the starter bringing the battery voltage down. I deal with this type of stuff on the equipment I work on, regularly!
