Just got off the phone with my dealer. I am so pissed. Every time I check the tell me the opposite of the time before. I was promised my car was out of QC and ready for shipping both Friday and Monday. Today I am told it is in QC hold again for the 4th time. bayed day 22!

BTW: What dealership in Arkansas did you order from? I bought my 2011 from Johnson Chevy in Clarksville because they were the only ones that had what I was looking for. No way I was going to order from them though...

Allen Tillery in Hot Springs. This guy has been telling me that he originally gave me a preliminary build # and that he wouldn't get an actual order # until later on (which i am thinking is

) Anyway, i called today and reamed the guy and he got all upset and rude with me and i basically hung up on him. Bout 3 minutes later, he calls back with a order #. I just entered that # in GMconnects and it gave me same status as you. Don't know if that's because i just registered it and it has to update, or if like you said, he just entered it today (not exactly sure how that works.) If that is the case, i am going to cancel and go with someone else.

If it was already in the system, it would give you the current status even if it's your first time entering the order #. If it was submitted 2 weeks ago, your order status would probably be 3000 and you'd most likely have a TPW already. I'm sure Becky will be able to explain this more in-depth. Bottom line: ditch your dealer.... Then give Becky a call! She's who I ordered from!

Status 09/07/2011 - (3000) Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway.
