2012 sound system
for everyone who has the 2012 already what are the capabilities of the sound system with ipods or iphones? i know it has blue tooth but can it stream music from the phone or can it only play off ipods and usb wires.

i think it can do both. using bluetooth it can stream music and it also comes with an auxiliary jack for ipods.

There weren't any significant Audio changes on the 2012 models.

I got the Convenience Package for the steering wheel, nice to know it's got more options to get the music off of my Android, too

Boston system is wicked! Usb and Aux and Bluetooth can stream I think. Steering wheel controls are hot!

Does anybody know if the MTX subwoofers (from GM) are worth it? I read somewhere you should try getting it for ~$750 (+ installation) from the dealer.
I like the fact that it already comes in a "custom" box and won't be installed by some potentially questionable hole-in-the-wall car shop.

i think the subwoofers are worth it although im sure you can get it cheaper than what chevys offering. thinking of adding that because the boston acoustics sound system is kinda bad...

Just went to my car to double check. You CANNOT stream music via bluetooth. You have to plug in via USB in order to stream music.
