Thanks! I know I asked you before but what mods did you get? I have a few things in the basement that will be installed in January (heritage grill, quarter flares, etc) and will probably have Becky's team throw a Hurst on. Premium mats are in now, stock mats will go in when the snow and slush hit. I did put the tonneau cover on after these pics. The trunk is TINY

Going cruising after dinner.... It's got about 30 miles on it now, had about 10 when I picked it up, so it's time to add a few....

having the ss emblems painted zr1 blue, the bowties painted black ( both retain the chrome outer edging), skip shift, exhaust, and painted sidemarkers. Have a vararam waiting when the car gets here. i signed my paperwork today, the odo reading is supposedly 5. means it sat for a whole lot of time, and was barely moved like others who are posting 10-13+ miles on theres at deliveries.

THANKS! I've got about 60 miles on it so far... Sun went down, cooled off, and it was time to get back home :( Tomorrow it becomes part of my daily routine -- this is going to be great!

Cool -- My heritage grill has a bow tie pre-installed, will decide later if it stays or if the front just ends up with the SS logo. I think mine said 14 when I got it. In my excitement I never wrote it down LOL I'm sure they have it on the paperwork.

In the 60+ miles I drove it today, I never had CAGS show up.... so I may not bother with the skip shift eliminator. CAI is possibly on my list -- did you get the no tune version?

Yes. I will have a review of it as soon as i actually recieve the car and install it. Will probably be a task for one of my days off. Im sure it wont take long to do though.

omg!! wow...hahaha, i knew this car has trouble with the paint job but i discovered 2 paint chips already and ive driven less than 100 miles!!!!!! wtf??? do you guys think if i bring it in to the dealers, they will fix this or am i sol??

So far so good here, but I have not done an inspection with a fine toothed comb. I really wish I had the quarter flares on or some kind of protection. It was pretty darn cold this morning, so I had to drive to work with the top up... I drove 3/4 of the way home with the top down and then it started raining.... I can't win Yes I can, I got my car!

my rail car is stuck in Ontario...the update line said "bad order"...aka a technical hiccip, possibly. Didn't give anymore info. Grrrrr!
Still, I guess being stalled/delayed is waaaay better than still being bayed! hehe!

Yeah Im actually looking them up as I type. I will definitely order quarter flares. I think I'll just have the guy painting my stripes help me repair it or something...

I jinxed it by the way, on the long, painful drive home from downtown Detroit yesterday during rush hour, I had stop and go traffic for about 25 miles.... and got the CAGS message once. Wasn't a big deal, but for $25 I may make it go away permanently

I got mine from gm parts direct, very reasonable. The installation requires the re-use of two screws and the drilling of a third hole, so not bad at all. Pulling the wheels is optional, don't think I will bother when I do it.
