Not true.

I know this because my GM zone manager informed us a month or so ago that we'll get an unveiling car, that we don't have any voice in which it is, and then order cars will start flowing.

Let your GM Zone Manager know that it is not that simple. We have a few members here with status 3800 which means the car has been built and sitting out in the lot.

Now if GM knew they had a customers car going to the same dealership as a dealer car, why would they not ship them together? Seems pretty logical to me. As if they are going to just keep all the customer cars sit in the shipping yard...

We do know actually. We had been told 6 months ago that the paint would be gradually phased in with white being last. You will most likely see the ABM and CGM cars this month (April). Here's a post I made 9-20-2008:

There were some hints on here that the GM President could make some changes. Someone even stated they saw a corporate email stating the sold cars would be delivered asap. However someone else said that wasnt true. So all I can say is time will tell. The wait is deff. almost over for many of us.

Just saw a truckload of Camaros heading down M-59 in Clinton Twp, MI....25 miles north of Detroit !! Sorry no pics...he went by too fast to snap a pic on my cell. Had to get back to work from lunch, so I could not chase him down.

I Saw a truck load of mostly red camaros on M-59 going west off of I94 also but, that was at 930am this morning. I wonder where all these camaros are heading from M59 (Hall rd). I ordered my Camaro on 2/19/09 and I'm sure my car wasnt on either truckload at all lol. I'm still at 1100 !:(
Anyone else order around the same time and is still at 1100???

HAHAHAHA this is all falls into evil plans. I will have my minions detour the truck using the acme detour sign and then I will paint a tunnel entrance on the side of the moutain. If I cant have mine yet none of you will have them. Muwahahahahaha!!!!

The 3400 event code doesn't mean the car is built. 3400 means that the car is broadcast for production. Once it hits 3800 and has a VIN than it is built and could be sitting in a holding lot.

Ordered in Dec. and still at 1100. My dealer has not had any cars pulled, out of the 14.:(
