To reprogram do you have to take it to the dealer? Or do they do it over satellite? Im asking if i get the parts and install them myself, would i just call them or would i have to take it to the dealer?

Wow, came across this thread last wed., ordered the parts, installed them monday when they came in, programmed on tuesday.

Very nice write up, install took about 35 minutes.
Total cost parts($77) and program($100)...$177.00

I love this forum.

There's already a ton of pics and written explanation. It's not that hard man.

The write-ups and step by step pictures, there no need for a video as Darth Martel mentioned. It's pretty straight forward. Don't rush and take your time, pretty easy.

What is the part number of a leather steering wheel with white stitching, with radio controls for a manual transmission Camaro?

Thanks!

Got the kit for christmas and installed it tonight, goin to the dealer in next couple days i hope. Lights are on so i guess i did something right!! Would of been a 15 minute installation without the trim piece step, took me about 30-45 mins to get that pos off cause i was being too careful with it. Thanks Patrickt and tech!
