Delta Sonic Car Wash - Safe?

Hey, I'm new on these forums, just recently purchased a Camaro

As the winter is approaching, I found a really good deal for car washes. It's from Delta Sonic, and it's only $12.99 per month, for unlimited car washes.

Now, I usually don't like to have machines wash my car, but after calling them and looking at the site, it's apparently a touchless car wash. It uses Revitalizing Sprays, so there are no spinning brushes.

Would this be safe for your car?

I'll tell you my experience with delta sonic.

Some years ago I had a VW passat. I used to go to delta sonic in the winters also.
One time I was there something on the track that moves your car caught and ripped the plastic cover from under my car.
Delta sonic refused to pay for my damages which were only 100 bucks for a new cover.
The best they could do was send me a coupon for 2 free car washes via mail.

So just so you know in the event if something does happen to your car, they don't give a shit.

I personnally would NEVER take my car to any carwash that ever touchs my car in anyway......I have heard of nightmares of peoples wheels getting all screwed up by the mechanism that PULLS you along. the best bet would start putting quarters in a jar so when winter comes along and justwent to quick wash off the heavy dirt.....go to the bay and blast off the dirt.....never use the brush.....and drive away till you can hand wash it when the weather is right.

well
let me put it this way
hands off my wife and my car

back to your question
no brushes touching your car sounds good
but:
to remove the dirt from your car just by spraying it, you need extremely high pressure
many parts are not designed for that pressure and can get damaged (tires for instance can easily be damaged by jet-washing, resulting in a tire-blow-out in the future when you have forget about the carwash...

if you want it done right, do it yourself (as long as you know what you are doing...
in terms of car washing the same story...)

Delta sonic isn't touchless. Brushes touch the car. Both spinning brushes and brushes that hang from the ceiling. Don't bother. The salt will do less damage than delta sonic.

As a general rule, the cheaper and/or easier route is hardly ever the better route. IMO, it's not worth the risk.
